Clear pricing helps agencies plan and budget. Building Bridges™ introductory workshops are priced by format and group size so every participant gets enough facilitated practice for the training to work. Other programs are scoped to each organization.
Building Bridges™ Workshop Pricing
2-Hour Workshop
Starting at $5,500
Up to 80 participants: $5,500. 81 to 150: $8,500 with a co-facilitator. 151 or more: custom quote.
Half-Day Intensive
Starting at $9,500
4 hours. Up to 80 participants. Larger groups are quoted by size.
Full-Day Workshop
Starting at $15,500
8 hours, one full shift. Up to 80 participants. Larger groups are quoted by size.
All three formats are introductory Building Bridges™ workshops. Longer formats allow more practice and applied scenarios, and larger groups add facilitators to protect hands-on practice.
Building Bridges™ Continuing Pathway (In Development): The Continuing Pathway extends workshop learning into officers' first months on the job. Designed for agencies with tight training schedules, it will combine short video modules with a scenario library drawn from real correctional settings. Participants demonstrate knowledge through a written exam and apply it through scored scenario responses. Completion earns a Building Bridges™ Certificate of Completion. We are seeking agency partners for a pilot cohort; contact us to discuss participation.
