Partner Evaluation

For training organizers: report what you observed, how long it has been since training, and the evidence supporting your observations.

Instruction: distinguish participant satisfaction, learning, workplace application, and organizational outcomes. If it is too early to assess change, or no change was observed, say so. Do not imply training caused changes without supporting evidence. Do not include participant names or badge numbers in written examples.
