A self-paced course for correctional professionals in participating agency cohorts. It reinforces the three Building Bridges™ competencies: situational awareness (Calculate), stress regulation (Regulate), and verbal de-escalation (Generate). What to expect: six lessons with short videos, CRG explanations, place-based practice scenarios, and reflection tasks. Each lesson ends with a five-question knowledge check (80% to pass). Steps open in order. Before and after: begin with the Baseline Assessment and finish with the matching Post-Assessment. These measure learning and confidence, and there is no passing score. Responses are linked to your course account, so please do not enter badge numbers or identifying incident details. About this pilot: this course supports, and does not replace, agency policies, emergency procedures, or supervised skills assessment. It does not award agency certification. Some lesson videos come from outside sources and will be replaced with CRG recordings; their use does not imply endorsement of CRG.
